“I have read the Offical Rules of the AdMeTech Foundation. I understand that by ordering a raffle ticket, I am agreeing to be bound by the Offical Rules of the AdMeTech Foundation. Furthermore, I agree that my selection of the box below: (a) is my electronic signature to this Order Form (which is equivalent to my “written signature”), certifying that I have read and agree to be bound by the Offical Rules of the AdMeTech Foundation, and, (b) if my order is accepted, my electronic signature to the Official Raffle Tickets may be required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Participation is limited to residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts only.”
