BOSTON, MA, March 28, 2015— AdMeTech Foundation will detail new, cutting-edge information about prostate cancer screening at the 8th Annual Prostate Cancer Awareness Day on Thursday at the State House.

Details will be outlined from experts who have been meeting for several months as a multi-disciplinary expert panel, including researchers in clinical care, health disparities, epidemiology and public health. The experts have developed a consensus on educational messaging for men, with primary focus on individuals at high-risk of prostate cancer and on reducing health disparities. The information will be publicly discussed for the first time at the State House event set for 10 a.m Thursday, March 31.

Also at the event, AdMeTech Foundation will facilitate group education and individual and family counseling on screening, diagnosis, and treatment on a first come, first served basis during Prostate Cancer Awareness Day.
