Arthur Murray Annual Teach-A-Thon
January 16, 2013 (Boston, MA) – AdMeTech Foundation announced that Arthur Murray International and celebrities of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars set the stage for Dance for a Cure of Prostate Cancer, an awareness and fundraising campaign. The proceeds benefited AdMeTech’s programs aimed at creating “Manograms®”, imaging technologies for men akin to life-saving mammograms.
Arthur Murray’s “Teach-a-Thon” was held on Friday, January 18th from noon-midnight at their Boston studio. During this fundraiser, Arthur Murray offered 45-minute private ballroom dance lessons to all interested individuals and couples (with or without previous experience). On Friday, February 1st, Dancing with the Stars’ Anna Trebunskaya and Jonathan Roberts taught alongside Arthur Murray’s staff in Natick and Boston to benefit the Dance for a Cure campaign.
