Treasurer — Morgan Nields, M.B.A.

Morgan Nields, M.B.A.Morgan Nields, M.B.A., Treasurer of AdMeTech's Board of Directors, is President and CEO of SenoLase, Inc., a developmental-stage venture committed to developing an image-guided laser ablation system for the treatment of cancers of the breast, liver, and lung.

From 1973 to 1983, Mr. Nields was President and CEO of Fischer Imaging Corporation. From August 1983 until April 1984, he was President and COO of Diasonics, Inc. Following the rescission of the Diasonics/Fischer merger, Mr. Nields returned to Fischer Imaging as Chairman and CEO. On January 1, 2004, Mr. Nields resigned from Fischer Imaging to become President and CEO of SenoLase.

Mr. Nields is a former member of the Board of Governors of the National Electrical Manufacturer's Association (NEMA) and currently serves on several corporate boards. He was also formerly the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NEMA's Diagnostic Imaging and Therapy Systems Division.

Mr. Nields holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
